New for 2024: Conference Travel Bursary
This year, the OACAO Board of Directors has allocated funds to assist OACAO members traveling from greater distances, facilitating their participation in the conference. The travel bursary aims to subsidize eligible delegates’ travel and accommodation expenses. Please find the eligibility criteria, bursary amounts and other details on the attached Application Form. Join us for the OACAO’s 2024 AGING WELL Conference, featuring an engaging Trade Show where OACAO Partners and businesses serving seniors can showcase their products and services to Canada’s fastest-growing demographic.
Taking place on Monday, October 28, 2024, at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale Hotel in Mississauga, the Trade Show will be held in the Graydon Ballroom as part of the Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario (OACAO) Annual Provincial Conference.
Following our successful 50th Anniversary celebration in 2023, we’re excited to host an in-person conference and Trade Show once again. With over 35 exhibitors at our last event, and a membership of over 230 seniors centres and organizations reaching 200,000+ seniors across Ontario, the 2024 Trade Show offers direct access to approximately 150 staff and volunteers from seniors centres.
Exhibitor fees for the 2024 Trade Show range from $275 to $650 (Non-profit $275, OACAO Business Partners $450, For-Profit Businesses $650). Additional fees apply for dedicated electricity and internet connectivity. Free parking and 1–2 lunch tickets are included with each registration category.
As a bonus, all exhibitors can contribute promotional and informational items to delegate bags provided by our Title Sponsor. Costs for insertion range from Free to $50 per item, with items shipped in advance to the OACAO office.
Exhibitors also have the opportunity to donate door prizes, announced at the end of the Trade Show. To secure your Trade Show table and inclusion in our promotional materials, please submit registration forms (click on image for form) and payment to the OACAO office. Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
