Seeking Presenters for OACAO 2024 Annual Conference
The OACAO 2024 Aging Well Conference is taking place in person in Mississauga, on Monday, October 28 & Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Our 2023 conference saw one of our largest attendance yet and we are expecting a similar turn out this year!
The OACAO Conference Planning Committee is seeking presenters for in-person Workshops in English and French, covering topics such as Technology education, Social Prescribing, Policy and Procedure, Capacity and Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility, to support this year’s conference theme …. COLLABORATE l INNOVATE l ADVOCATE
We invite leaders, educators, researchers, managers, professional speakers, trainers, older adults and students to help build the future of Senior Active Living and Older Adult Centre programming, present new collaborations and opportunities to activate new innovative ideas for the sector.
Presenting at the Aging Well Conference provides you with an opportunity to share and exchange new approaches and information in the areas of Older Adults and Seniors Active Living Centres (SALCs). You will gain recognition as an expert in the field at the conference and beyond.
Please refer to the Call for Presenters document for more detailed information about the conference, topic streams and the application process. Conference Presenter Application forms are due on or before Monday, May 13, 2024 and should be completed on-line.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Program Committee which will select the most relevant submissions. Only successful applicants will be contacted and informed by mid-July.
