Board of Directors

The Board of Directors provides direction and support to staff and volunteers responsible for daily operations and for implementing initiatives that reflect the association’s mission, goals, and objectives.

The Board is elected at OACAO’s Annual Meeting and is composed of an Executive Committee, 16 Regional Representatives and Standing Committee Chairs.

The OACAO divides the province into 8 regions, with 2 representatives from each region, a staff member, and a senior volunteer, who sit on the Board. The Regional Representatives serve as liaisons between the Board and the region, to develop training and education programs in the region, and to actively support existing members and solicit new members.
