Rexdale Community Health Centre is looking for a Seniors’ Program Coordinator who will coordinate the design, development, implementation and evaluation of RCHC Seniors Programs and Services. As a member of the Centre’s multi-disciplinary team, the Program Coordinator for Seniors provides support to the RCHC community with a specific focus on the older adult 55+ priority population.
