The Good Companions in Ottawa has secured funding for 3 years to expand and sustain the Seniors’ Centre Without Walls Program across Ontario and into the Atlantic Provinces. The Manager of Sustainability will identify potential corporate sponsors and foundations through effective research to ensure sustainability of local program. Develop funding proposals for potential funders. Develop funding proposals to support local programs. Liaise with all levels of government to identify potential opportunities. Identify and secure funds for various gran opportunities. Review and monitor progress of goals and reports to Expansion Director. Create and implement three-year sustainability plan using evaluation of data and make adjustments needed.
