About Business Partnerships

This is your opportunity to promote your organization’s products and services to over 160 OACAO member organizations with a combined membership of over 200,000 older adults from across Ontario. Opportunities are available for your organization to become involved with the OACAO at three levels. The levels and benefits are described below.

Become a Business Partner

Business Partnership Categories

Gold Partner (Annual fee: $1,500)

  • Exhibitor Table at the Trade Show of the OACAO Annual Conference on November 13, 2017 (a $400 value).
  • Inclusion of your company name in the Conference Brochure and in the Trade Show listing.
  • Promotional material may be put into the Conference Delegate Kits (no extra charge).
  • Logo on the OACAO website home page Business Partner Carousel with a hot link to your company website.
  • Brief write-up on the Business Partner page of the OACAO website with a link to your website.
  • Membership Directory with your company listed on the Business Partners page.
  • OACAO Annual Report with your company listed on the Business Partners page.
  • Company website and contact information listed in each OACAO newsletter.
  • Access to the OACAO members via email List Serve.
  • Marketing material or advertisement included in each OACAO newsletter, distributed via OACAO’s List Serve and by mail.
  • Business Partner Certificate.
  • Invited to participate in the Seniors Information and Active Living Fairs. 60 Fairs will be held across Ontario in 2017–2018 (fees may apply).

Silver Partner (Annual fee: $1,200)

  • All of the Gold Partner benefits, excluding an Exhibitor Table at the Trade Show of the OACAO Conference.

Conference Partner (Annual fee: $400)

  • Exhibitor Table at the Trade Show of the OACAO Annual Conference at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale, Mississauga, Ontario, Monday, November 13, 2017.
  • Inclusion of your company name in the Conference Brochure and in the Trade Show listing.
  • Promotional material may be put into the Conference Delegate Kits (additional charge).

Business Partnership Benefits

Our goal is to help you market your products and/or services to the 200,000 older adults that participate in activities at older adult centres across the province.

BENEFIT 1:

Access to staff and volunteers in over 160 Older Adult Centres and Organizations across Ontario.

BENEFIT 2:

Access to membership in Centres of over 200,000 older adults.

BENEFIT 3:

Your logo on the newly developed OACAO website home page Business Partner Carousel with a link to your webpage.

BENEFIT 4:

A brief write up about your company on the OACAO Business Partners’ page with your contact information, website and email address.

BENEFIT 5:

Your company name and email address listed in the OACAO Newsletter distributed to all members. The option to include a flyer OR written article in each copy of the OACAO newsletter sent out 4 times per year and posted on the OACAO website. (Newsletter deadlines: June 7, 2017, Sept. 6, 2017, Dec. 6, 2017 and March 7, 2018).

BENEFIT 6:

Your company name and website in the OACAO Annual Report.

BENEFIT 7:

Your company name and contact information in the Annual Membership Directory.

BENEFIT 8:

As a Gold Member or a Conference Partner you will have an Exhibitor Table at our Annual Conference Trade Show where you will have the opportunity to talk directly to over 130+ Centre staff and volunteer leaders from across the province that are responsible for the operation of centres. (Trade Show date is Monday, November 13, 2017 at The Hilton Mississauga/ Meadowvale, Mississauga).

BENEFIT 9:

Invitation to attend the OACAO Annual General Meeting.

BENEFIT 10:

Upon becoming a member of the OACAO, you will be invited to join the List Serve of over 400 Individuals, giving you immediate access to pertinent information regarding older adults and older adult centres.

BENEFIT 11:

The opportunity to participate in the Seniors Information and Active Living Fairs organized province-wide by the OACAO (a separate fee may be required). The OACAO has been approved by the Ministry of Seniors Affairs with funding to support our members to host a total of 60 Fairs across the province for 2017–2018.

BENEFIT 12:

Where permitted, the opportunity to provide flyers and get connected to the members of OACAO’s member centres across the province or in a specific region.

BENEFIT 13:

The opportunity to provide sponsorship and/or attend provincial and regional OACAO events and local OACAO member events.

BENEFIT 14:

Access to the OACAO Member Profile (statistical analysis of the OACAO membership) researched and published every other year. The 2015 Member Profile Survey is now available.
